Data Deletion Request

The CuzCardsNL Dashboard is an internal tool used only by three administrators to publish CuzCardsNL's own content. The data it holds is described in our Privacy Policy: administrator accounts, uploaded media, captions and planning, per-platform publishing results, an audit log, and analytics snapshots — all stored locally in the Netherlands.
How to request deletion
To request deletion of your data, email us:
Please include:
- Your name and/or the account username the request concerns;
- What you would like deleted (your whole account, or specific media/posts);
- Enough detail for us to identify the data.
Timeframe
We will action verified requests within 30 days and confirm by email once done.
What gets deleted
On a full request we remove, from our system, your administrator account and the data associated with it that we control — including uploaded media files, captions and planning, publishing results, and analytics snapshots — and we empty the corresponding local trash. Where an audit-log entry must be kept for security or legal reasons, we will tell you.
Important: content already published or copied elsewhere
- Posts already published to Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter) or TikTok live on those platforms and are no longer under our control. They must be deleted on the platform itself, or through that platform's own data-deletion process.
- Media copied to public file hosts. As explained in the Privacy Policy, images and videos are uploaded to public file hosts (primarily catbox.moe) to give the platforms a public URL. catbox.moe does not expire files automatically. If you ask, we will remove any such copies that we can still identify and delete.

Het CuzCardsNL Dashboard is een interne tool die alleen door drie beheerders wordt gebruikt om de eigen content van CuzCardsNL te publiceren. De gegevens die het bevat staan beschreven in onze Privacyverklaring: beheerdersaccounts, geüploade media, captions en planning, postresultaten per platform, een audit-log en analytics-momentopnames — allemaal lokaal opgeslagen in Nederland.
Verwijdering aanvragen
Mail ons om je gegevens te laten verwijderen:
Vermeld daarbij:
- Je naam en/of de accountnaam waar het verzoek over gaat;
- Wat je verwijderd wilt hebben (je hele account, of specifieke media/posts);
- Genoeg detail om de gegevens te kunnen identificeren.
Termijn
We verwerken geverifieerde verzoeken binnen 30 dagen en bevestigen per e-mail zodra het gedaan is.
Wat wordt verwijderd
Bij een volledig verzoek verwijderen we uit ons systeem je beheerdersaccount en de bijbehorende gegevens die wij beheren — waaronder geüploade mediabestanden, captions en planning, postresultaten en analytics-momentopnames — en legen we de bijbehorende lokale prullenbak. Als een audit-log-vermelding om beveiligings- of wettelijke redenen bewaard moet blijven, laten we dat weten.
Belangrijk: al gepubliceerde of elders gekopieerde content
- Reeds gepubliceerde posts op Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter) of TikTok staan op die platforms en vallen niet meer onder onze controle. Die moeten op het platform zelf worden verwijderd, of via het eigen verwijderproces van dat platform.
- Media gekopieerd naar publieke filehosts. Zoals uitgelegd in de Privacyverklaring worden afbeeldingen en video's naar publieke filehosts geüpload (primair catbox.moe) om de platforms een publieke URL te geven. catbox.moe laat bestanden niet automatisch verlopen. Op verzoek verwijderen we zulke kopieën die we nog kunnen identificeren en verwijderen.
